How Nigerian Players Performed for Club Over The Weekend

Nigeria has a lot of players in diaspora playing for one European club or the other. Majority of them play in the English Premier League but unfortunate none of the EPL stars made the big shout out this weekend. Infact, Victor Moses who has been a regular under Conte was subbed off due to injury. And while Alex Iwobi was an unused sub for Arsenal, Iheanacho was a late sub in Leicester win against Everton on Sunday.
Away from the Premier League, below are other Nigerian players performances

Kingsley Micheal
Nigeria youth international Kingsley Michael continued his fine run of form for the U19 of Italian Serie A side Bologna with a goal to his name in their 1-2 loss to Napoli in the Primavera.
‎Michael who was a part of the Nigeria U17 team that won the 2015 World Youth Championship levelled for his team in the 45th minute, but ended up on the losing side after they conceded a late goal.
Mikel Agu
 

 
Turkish Super Lig side Bursaspor picked up another win in the league with a 4-0 win over Antalyaspor with Nigerian midfielder Mikel Agu scoring the opener for his second goal of the season.
Agu opened scoring for ‎Bursaspor in the 37 minutes before further goals from Aziz Behich, Jires Kembo-Ekoko and Pablo Martin Batalla helped them complete the rout against ten men Antalyaspor following the sending off of Maicon in the first half.
