Tottenham Fire Pochettino to Hire Mourinho as Replacement

English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have appointed Jose Mourinho as their new Manager, hours after announcing the sack of Mauricio Pochettino.

Mourinho agreed a deal until 2022/23 season the Club confirmed in a statement on Wednesday.

The former Chelsea Boss won three Premier League titles – with former Super Eagles captain Mikel Obi in his books

In his first statement as Manager of Spurs the 56 year-old said, “I am excited to be joining a Club with such a great heritage and such passionate supporters.

“The quality in both the squad and the academy excites me. Working with these players is what has attracted me.”
